"They are quick to get out to do the job, thorough and have a great mold abatement technique that makes you feel confident the mold is treated. Prices are reasonable too! They will also do extra items if needed such as re-secure vents, clean soffits, etc."

"Saved the transaction! We had some mold called out by the inspector and Buyer wanted it removed a certain way that required more than typical. Several mold companies came out for bids, but Active Mold gave us a bid for the work required by the Buyer, did it in record time saving the transaction close date and completed everything at the bid price, which was the lowest by a thousand dollars._Great job.
